Zavia-AI is an independent engineering studio. We build AI systems for enterprises across the GCC and South Asia, and stay on to keep them working long after launch.

One pattern they kept seeing.
Zavia-AI grew out of a shared observation. Younus had spent more than two decades inside telecom and enterprise systems. Ghaarib had been deep in LLM tooling since the early days of modern generative AI. Both kept seeing the same pattern, promising AI pilots that struggled to make it into production.
In June 2025 we formally launched Zavia-AI to do the unfashionable thing: keep founders on every project and treat AI as infrastructure rather than spectacle. The first engagement was scoped in two weeks. It went live. The second one did too. We've been building this way ever since.
Today we operate across Muscat, Srinagar and Kuala Lumpur as part of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network, and we're intentionally selective about who we work with. We'd rather deliver a handful of systems that genuinely work than dozens that don't.

We're an AI engineering studio, not an AI research lab or a managed-services shop. To stay sharp at what we deliver, we don't take on the following.
- Training foundation models from scratch
- On-prem GPU cluster deployments
- 24×7 outsourced support / managed services
- Generic web design without an AI workflow
- Black-box AI without observability or eval
- One-off chatbots without a clear business outcome
