# Zavia-AI

> Zavia-AI is an independent AI engineering studio that designs, builds, and operates production AI systems for enterprises. Founded in June 2025 and headquartered in Muscat, Oman, with engineering in Srinagar (J&K, India) and partnerships in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are part of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network. The team behind the studio brings 20+ years of combined experience across telecom, enterprise systems, and modern AI tooling.

- AI agents and automation (WhatsApp, web chat, email, ERP, voice)
- Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and knowledge assistants

## How we work
- Every engagement starts with a paid prototype (1–2 weeks) so risk is bounded
- We ship with evaluation harnesses, observability, and human-in-the-loop where appropriate
